Shane is an experienced real estate strategist who is passionate about bringing transformative projects to life, combining strategic vision, sales leadership, and financial discipline to help create destination communities that resonate deeply with buyers. His experience includes hands-on brokerage leadership, sales and development strategy with some of the most respected brands and operators, including Discovery Land Company, Montage Resorts, Capella Hotels, and The Cabot Collection.
At The Mudita Group, Shane leads with a unique combination of sales acumen and financial discipline. A CPA and MBA, he advises developers and investors on deal structuring, sales programming, and go-to-market execution – bringing rigor, creativity, and passion to every phase of a project.
